TRUE NATIVES

Beautiful Plants, Minimum Water, Maximum Birds and Butterflies

“Native” is a term that is often loosely employed: in reference to all plants that are naturally occurring and original to one’s given county (regardless of elevation); the entire state; or even expanded all the way out as to refer to any plant of the Western US. Wasatch Front Native Plants, on the other hand, serves as a literal description of the species offered: the only comprehensive selection of landscaping-quality plants that could have been growing in your yard when the pioneers first crossed the Wasatch and settled in the valleys to its west. These are the plants of our true cultural heritage and natural history; the flora that were perfectly designed for the conditions and climate of the Wasatch Front; that require minimum irrigation and attract maximum numbers of birds and butterflies. This is the true native beauty of Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, and the rest of the Front.
